What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

We make a lot of effort to try and ensure our products are packaged well so only a very small proportion arrive damaged. However, we understand that it is still a massive frustration when it does happen!

If an item arrives damaged or faulty please send images showing the problem to support@pedalpro.com and our team will get this resolved quickly for you. For data protection, please also include the name, delivery address and email address of the person who made the order. Please also include the order number if possible.
