Easy to put together :) I got it cause I've been diagnosed with cancer and hate lying about doing nothing but at the same time don't want to go on a walk and fall over then not have the energy to get up. Instant set up. Easier to get going than I expected. I need a LOT of rehab since Ive been sitting and sleeping in the same tecliner chair for MONTHS with very little exercise more than walking to the kitchen or loo.
10 minutes day 1. 20 day 2. An hour, plus turning up resistance by day 3. Noticed a difference by day 3. Balance and walking improving.
Would suggest BETTER information re electronic display tho! (Posted on 4/19/17)
